We're in the process of setting up NLU for AI Search with a view to implementing Virtual Assistant in the future.
At the moment, we're stuck on Intent Discovery which will:
- add some intents to models, but not all
- returns intents without utterances
- won't export intents without utterances (from the test model).
The plan is to export the intents and utterances from a number of reports through Intent Discovery and work in Excel to group them and modify them to match our taxonomy. Then import them back into the model. To export them, we need to add the intents to the test model.
NLU is new to us so we're still learning. We feel like we're missing something, but can't figure out what. Hoping it's simple and we'll have 'well, duh' moment.
Answers as well as suggested reading material, videos or SN courses would be much appreciated. We've completed a few courses and read and number of articles, but haven't been able to find the answer, or a comprehensive step by step process.
