Interactions record form missing the transcript field

Hello, now that we are in Paris and have the interactions record, we noticed that the Transcript field is not defaulted as per the image on docs.

Is there a security/access constraint that forbids this useful field from appearing by default? Below is an image of what we can see, which is missing the transcript field.

We are having to ask aproval to add this field. But I'm curious why the field is not there by default.

Hi there,

Out-of-the-box, the Transcript field should be on the Workspace view, and depending on plugins installed possibly on other views like CSM Workspace.

Indeed the field is not out-of-the-box on the Default view. 

For the Docs page concerned, just leave feedback:

A popup will also appear, where you can leave text.

Hi Yasmin,

Just checking on your above issue where transcript field is not visible, I am seeing same issue in my instance as well, I have also checked and compared with other interaction records on same view, and i dont see any difference and why this field is not available on one interaction and not on other.

Where you able to get the answer/explanation on why this happened?
