Is it possible to add conditions to display Promoted Topics?

In a Virtual Agent chat bot, is it possible to display Promoted Topics based on a user selection? One use case we are looking for is asking a question to the user in the Greeting, and based on the Yes/No response, it'll display different promoted topics.
