Is there a way to add a attachment clip next to send button in virtual agent

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way we can add attachment clip icon next to the send button in the chat. I would want the user to be able to attach files when they are chatting with an agent. Pic attached for reference.

Here I would like to know if I could add an attachment clip in the "Please type your request" section and next to the send button. Any help would be greatly appreciated

HI Kamy,

The attachment button will be enabled by default after you are connected to a live agent. If user is having conversation with VA and not LA then the button wont be visible. 

You have to use file picker component inside the topic to allow users to upload attachments.

Thanks for the reply. Yes its correct I am able to see the paperclip icon when I am connected to Live agent of Servicenow. 

My requirement is we are integrating the Virtual agent chatbot in Servicenow with Live Agent in AWS. So is this possible to display the icon when connected to the AWS live agent. 

If yes please provide the steps to implement.
