Hi All,
The live chat is getting closed automatically after an ideal time if there is no conversation happened. Is there any rule or time mentioned in back end ,so that if it is ideal for a long time , it displays the messages like below and closing abandoned.
*I can see that closed by in Interaction table is showing as Systsem Administrator for that record and state as Closed Abandoned.Closed time is also .09 in seconds for all these type tickets.refer below screenshots
*Any idea where the message -" It seems you have left the conversation." is configured?
