I would like to know how to enable and configure search knowledge base. Can some one help me with the solution please?

Hi @mhegde1 ,

I cannot find any solution accepted on the provided link i need to create contextual Search Topic and call the KB articles based on  Knowledge Base. Can you help on that. And I'm new to this Virtual agent

Thanks for the documentation. I would like to search a particular paragraph from the KB article by using AI Search and you please provide me the steps to configure it.
