New VA Topic called 'Dynamic Translation Support Topic'

I noticed in a recent release that a new topic appeared in our Virtual Agent called 'Dynamic Translation Support Topic'.

 

Unfortunately I can't find this topic in the VA Designer, or within the documentation for that matter.

 

Has anyone else experienced this or have some insight?

 

EDIT: I've now raised a ticket with ServiceNow support to get more information. Will update here if I get an answer.

 

EDIT2 (2024-08-06): ServiceNow have created PRB1792422 as there is a defect in the "Conversational Interfaces Diagnostics Tool (Version 1.1.0)" release. No workaround has been provided as of now.

Same here.... Is it possible to hide it? I see the record in the sys_cs_topic as protected and I would know to understand why ServiceNow is protecting this record and why we can not deactivate it as part of our configuration...

ServiceNow has confirmed that this is a product defect in the "Conversational Interfaces Diagnostics Tool (Version 1.1.0)" and have raised a problem to investigate and resolve the issue.

 

There is no currently defined workaround, so I will check back in if I get a resolution before a fix is deployed.

This appears to be a system topic for "Conversational Interfaces - Diagnostics"

I have noticed several "system" topics that are not meant for actual conversation topics.
