How to resolve the error shown in the image below for ServiceNow Virtual Agent?

NLU is disabled for PDI and hence you will get that error.

Hi @ChunjiJ 

AI/GenAI/Now Assist/NLU are features that we can’t use in a PDI. So the error you’re seeing in the PDI on the VA side is expected. You’ll need to use a client instance for this
