Suppress NLU response message - Sorry, I didn't understand. Please answer below question.

Hello,

At certain junctures in a topic flow when the customer types an utterance they see the message 

Sorry, I didn't understand. Please answer below question.
Are you inquiring about:
<<list of topics to select from>>

The customer sees the correct list of closely matching topics to select from but the NLU response message "Sorry, I didn't understand. Please answer below question." is confusing.

Is there a way to remove this NLU response message from being displayed in the VA chat?

The thing I think about reading this is the Enable NLU at Input Node turned on within the User input properties?  that message "Sorry, I didn't understand. Please answer below question" is usually when the NLU is not turned on. this is just my experience so far
