Hi,

 

I have pushed my VA setup to test instance and 

This topic version is not supported on this instance. Check with your ServiceNow Administrator for assistance has been thrown whenever I click on any topic.

I tried to make another update set with dummy edit just to catch any change of topic once again, but error still occurs. Topic itself has no crazy logic its just few step with two scripted variables. Any ideas on how to fix that?

Have you made sure that the applications are all on the same version? I would suspect that your Dev installed applications are different. I followed this when moving between instances but made sure to have everything the same version or updated as required - Migrating Virtual Agent and NLU between instances ... - ServiceNow Community

Yes, VA Topics are working properly on DEV and Test, but not on Prod.

Dev Version: Build tag: glide-vancouver-07-06-2023__patch4-hotfix1-11-16-2023
Test Version: Build tag: glide-vancouver-07-06-2023__patch4-hotfix1-11-16-2023
Prod Version:  Build tag: glide-vancouver-07-06-2023__patch3-10-12-2023

You can not move topics backwards in release versions, e.g. migrate a Vancouver-built topic into a Utah instance. That is because the topic may be using new capabilities not available in previous versions.
