Trying to use a Survey topic block

Hi Team,

 

I am trying to call a topic block that we have in our instance however it requires a SurveyID. Can you help me understand whats a Survey and how can i acquire 1.

Hi Les, 

The SurveyID needs to point to the sysID from the asmt_metric_type table record that you want to trigger for the Virtual Agent survey feedback. Out of the box, this survey is called 'Virtual Agent Feedback Survey'. In case you have a customized survey, then simply point to the sysID for the customized survey record when calling the Survey topic block from the VA topic. find_real_file.png
