Virtual Agent always ending conversations, not working

Hi community !

I'm facing an issue with the Virtual Agent on every platform (Employee Center, ServicePortal and Teams).

The topics are displaying but everything I select one, it will not work and the conversation will automatically be ended. I didn't find a solution to that, does someone have an idea?

@arnoldha  -  Did you modify your fallback experience? Either the topic for AI Search-Fallback or Fallback. 
Check your Custom Greetings and Setup. If you've created a custom experience, check that first, then your default experience. If you do not have a value in 'Anything Else', that would be why your topic just ends after surfacing a result.

You did get a search result for "Catalog" so (without knowing your available topics) I'm assuming that is being retrieved from a search result, which would be called from AI Search-Fallback. Fallback and Anything Else are based on the user getting any results, so that might be a good place to start.
