I have created a designer topic with start->decision->country-> multiple nodes with text responses. But in the portal only 1 node is coming up when selected this topic. Why are all the other nodes not showing up?

This is the flow

In the UK I have just written this script

and then the decision tree with different nodes and under the nodes it only has response message

The first decision only has one node? Why having that decision than at all?

I have to create it for 3 different countries. For UK & Ireland same decision tree will be there but for Canada it will have a different decision tree.
