We recently upgraded to Utah and it seems there is one message that got moved?
When an Agent accepts a live chat, there is a message that appears to the end users. You can tell I have found the message previously but cannot find it now and it is driving me batty 🙂
Where is that message? I looked in the System Messages that is on the Conversations settings page, cannot find it. I even looked at all the System messages and cannot find it.
Any one know where the message went to in Utah for when an Agent accepts a chat?

Just in case anyone else was looking for this. It is a message in the queue settings "Initial Agent Response"

How to translate "Initial Agent Response" field?

It is in table sys_translated.list
Search for:
Table: awa_queue
Element: initial_agent_response
