We have the va activated and when we open it opens its just blank and loading
any advise?

We opened a HI ticket for this. The "default chat experience" under Custom Greetings and Setup was set to false, and since this is read only, we could not change it to "true" so that setup topics would run when opening the VA UI. They recommended to import the default chat experience XML and upload it again in order for the active value to show "true".
Once the value appeared as "true", the topics were loading in VA UI.

Hi there,
Is this for all users? Only your user? Have you tried an incognito browser? Have you tried opening Virtual Agent directly through $sn-va-web-client-app.do, also tried without loading history $sn-va-web-client-app.do?sysparm_skip_load_history=true
Are there also any errors shown in the System Log?

The same is happening in our VA when creating a profile for our HR VA in Custom Greetings & Setup. I set up all my setup topics, but then VA would be blank when trying to open it form the portal. The same happens on the other portals if i try to open VA, even though they use different setup topics. So I deactivated the HR profile in the Custom Greetings & Setup, and the VA was back to normal. But of course, we want to try this new feature in Quebec. Is hter a step we are missing when applying a profile in custom greetings & setup? Thanks.

When i test the topic, the logs say: Got invalid conversation cb2c....etc.
We've noticed that in Quebec, the Topic Categories table (sn_hr_core_topic_category_list.do) is missing the "Setup Topics" category, that exists in Paris. Could this be what's affecting the way our setup topics are behaving in Quebec?
Examples:
-Blank VA when trying to use the setup topics form "Custom Greetings and Setup".
-Live Agent setup topic is not appearing in main topic list, even though the condition is set to true.
-Greeting setup topic is appearing in topic discovery
