Virtual agent issue

Hello All

 

We had upgraded our instance from Tokyo to Utah. From then virtual agent is not working as expected and all topics are active and published . When I try to test I'm  getting technical issue.  Cannot perform preview run for debugging or didn't get any error while performing testing . Can anyone please help. This requirement is on high priority.

Check on release notes if they are any articles related to it. I have seen below article but not able to access.

If it is high priority can you create a HI ticket team will help you. If it is desire behaviour they will assist you required steps.
