Virtual Agent Simulator (Tokyo)

I am working on the VA simulator. My goal is to create an agent chat record and enable the virtual agent on the default Service Portal.

The record name must be VA (this name will be used to verify that the task was executed correctly).

 

I tried to create a record named VA under Conversational Interfaces > Add your bot to a portal, but it didn't work.

Hello!

 

It is written "Create an Agent Chat record to enable Virtual Agent on the default Service Portal". So I tried adding a Portal to the Service Portal Agent Chat Configuration form. And it worked just fine for the task validation.

 

To do so select the lock icon and then the magnifying glass icon, and choose the Service Portal. 

 

Hope this helps anyone, who has problems with this task!
