Virtual Agent - Survey after Timeout

Hi Everyone,
I guess I am not the only one who is facing the issue.
The Survey in Virtual Agent runs only when state of interaction is "closed_Complete".
Where Can i change the conditions?
The Following condition setting, doesnt work -->
Also the BR doesnt do anything.
Even if you deactive it. The survey runs only when state of IMS (conversation) is closed_complete.
but it is not triggered when a conversation ends with an error, or when a conversation times out. If the conversation runs to a timeout, the state is closed_Abandoned. But I have to build a survey after this timeout.
Does anyone have an idea how could I trigger the survey even if a conversation ends because the user times out?
