does virtual agent have OOTB voice interface? Or is there a another product / integration, perhaps something with Amazon Lex , we are starting to use AWS connect - ServiceNow integration for our voice channel

If you have an iPhone for example, you can already use speech. That's not depending on Paris or something.

Hi Phila,
This info may be useful to you, ServiceNow does have a Amazon cloud connect integration which can be leveraged with virtual agent. This topic was touched today in the "Now at work" session, I dont have a live demo of how this works. But there is an option to use the voice feature here.

Thanks I will definitely check that out. We are using AWS connect as our IT helpdesk voice channel and currently investigating the SN - AWS integration in sub prod so this looks useful
