I was wondering if anyone knew a way to get a Virtual Agent Service Portal Widget to popup with a text message like "How can I help you?". This way we can make the virtual agent widget more visible to users.

Hi there,
Should this be a dynamic message? Maybe after a certain time? Etc. Or just a static message?
If dynamic, see some of the articles I wrote. For example this one which you can also download from Share:
Virtual Agent feature bubble (2), auto display after N seconds
If static, see this article. No widget editing needed, just CSS!

If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,
