My company has A,B,C portals . The default virtual agent is implemented for portal A. We implemented for portal B,C. The greeting message is executing independently for all portals but after the greeting message by default the Anything else topic of portal A is executing for B,C .How to configure Anything else topic to execute independently for all the portals .

Hi Tejasvi - Where you've implemented a custom greeting for portal B and C is the same place you'd identify your custom Anything else topic.
First, you'll need a custom Anything Else topic for each of your portals.
In conversational Interfaces, under Virtual Agent Settings choose Custom Greetings and Setup.
In my example, I've created a profile for my Demo EC Portal and have defined 4 custom setup topics that will be called instead of the default experience.
Is this what are you trying to accomplish? The main feature of the "anything else" topic is to show available topics - do you want specific topics to display for just B or just C? In that case, anything else doesn't really matter, you might want to look at roles and topics conditions to control the list. Hope that helps!
