We have 2 portals one for HR and another for IT teams  when we open virtual agent side by side on 2 portals information is getting mismatched  like options from IT Virtual agent are getting displayed on the hr portal virtual agent

do we have option to restrict this behavior

This is expected, you have to test it by having active session only on one portal.

Hi Phanindra, we have experienced same issue and had submitted CS5995086 a while ago. SN suggested to disable chat history as a palliative so that whenever user switched between portals a new VA session stars. The problem with this is that even if your user opens a new tab within the same portal, say HR, the VA session gets restarted again and again. Our team submitted an idea to avoid VA from opening links into a new tab in case you want to take a look and vote if you find it useful.
