Hi Iann,
I am not getting the requirement like actually where you are facing the issue. But what issue I faced and also many people face this issue.
If it mean you created your own branding and and you want to use it for chatbot then follow below steps.

Please check the snap above. Is it like that?
If it is so, then please refer below steps.
Goto table: Service Portal Agent Chat Configuration [Service Portal -> Agent Chat]
Select the portal on which you want this customized branding.
In server script add "branding_key: "your_branding_name"
Suppose you have created branding named acme and you want to display it on knowledge portal. so do it like this.
Please refer below Snap for the same.

Please mark my answer as Correct/Helpful if it helps you to resolve your issue.
Thank You.

Hi there,
Under Collaboration > Branding Setup you can define the Chat client branding. Is that what you are after? Or is it something else? Or did you create your own branding, and is your question how to apply that custom branding record?
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,
Mark
