Why am I not able to attach a file in Microsoft Teams using Now Virtual Agent?

Hi, Now Virtual Agent gives me the option to attach a file/image but when I drag the file to the conversation I'm unable to drop it.

Hi Inged,

MS Teams integration does not support file upload – this was originally due to a MS framework limitation. As MS Teams added support later last year, we are planning to close the gap in an upcoming store release. As of now, users can simply copy/paste images into the Teams when Virtual Agent prompts for it. It’s a documented limitation.

In our testing, we tried copy/paste of a screenshot, but the system does not accept that as an attachment. We're currently looking at scripting the conversation to not prompt for attachments if the channel is Teams. However, we'd like to use the copy/paste work-around if at all possible.
