Why am I not able to attach a file in Microsoft Teams using Now Virtual Agent?

Hi, Now Virtual Agent gives me the option to attach a file/image but when I drag the file to the conversation I'm unable to drop it.

Hi Inged,

MS Teams integration does not support file upload – this was originally due to a MS framework limitation. As MS Teams added support later last year, we are planning to close the gap in an upcoming store release. As of now, users can simply copy/paste images into the Teams when Virtual Agent prompts for it. It’s a documented limitation.

Hi all,

Similar issue when copy/pasting a screenshot in MS Teams. When sending the screenshot to the live agent who is using Agent Workspace, the image is coming in as a broken image link. Is this a known issue?

We have VA lite implemented and are facing this issue. Is this limitation also applicable to the full Virtual Agent version? The one you get with ITSM Pro?
