Why is NLU Missing from VA Properties?

Hello,

Our admins just set up a new San Diego instance. I created an update set of my VA topics (Quebec) and had them promote it to the new (SD) instance. However, the topics that have NLUs associated with them no longer have them and I can't see NLU in the properties tab of the VA topic.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Thanks.

To get the obvious out of the way, is NLU enabled in your San Diego instance? (Under CI Home page -> Chat Settings -> Virtual Agent).

After that is enabled, if you're using an OOB model from ITSM/HR/CSM, ensure that those NLU models have been trained and published. Your NLU intents should be accessible to bind to the topic after that.

Thanks Chandu, but that's a question I had asked about a different issue.

Thank you Victor. That was the problem: It wasn't turned on.
