Doubt about flow designer

5 Leave Approval System

Scenario

Employees apply for leave through ServiceNow.

1.Create a custom application.

2.Add leave type and dates

3.Use Flow Designer for manager approval.

4.Prevent end date from being earlier than the start date

5.Send approval or rejection notifications.

when we impersonate to manager and change the state field to approved but it is not changing in user leave requests when i see flow showing waiting both trigger and ask for approval actions are not complete state but when i impersonate into manager and change the state to approved then both waiting sections are showing completed

3 and 5 are not working please explain

As you mention you flow got stuck in step 6, is Leave Request record state is rejected or something else

You can debug flows now, maybe worthwhile to run a debug session and step through the whole thing verifying what it does in each step.
