I have access to Workflow Studio GUI only, *no scripting*
I would like to Create a Case Task and apply a Task Template form sys_templates.
1. Apply the entire Template in a "Create Task On Case" action. (possible?)
2. Read the templates key/values, and use them in a "Create Task On Case" action.
I can access the Template by is sysid, and read the templates "key/values" via "Data Pill Picker".
The format seems to be "priority=4^state=1^u_type=1" etc.
I have problems reading the specific value (eg "state"). Have tried to use string manipulation and "Get Item from Array" without luck.
Help would be appreciated 🙂
