Flow designer feature access list failing to save changes

I would like to give a role access to the "Edit Flow" action authoring features that was recently added in Washingtondc  but each time I add the role, save the update & reload the page, the role is cleared from the reference field picker. This doesn't happen for any other flow authoring features but regardless of the role I add to "Edit Flow" the system doesn't save the changes. I think this is a bug specific to Washington because i'm experiencing the same in my pdi in the screenshots below. Adding the role.pngAfter saving & refreshing.png

Hi @User523129,

Looks like a system defect to me, below is what I found from my PDI (Washington DC as well).

These settings/configurations are queried from the Flow Designer Resource Filter Rules [sys_hub_resource_filter_rule] table.

The div 'id' of each feature can be searched on the above table by filtering on the 'Resource Definition' column.

e.g.

What I noticed was that all of the div id's can be found on the table except the 'Edit Flow' feature.

It appears that because of this, the role is not being saved properly.

I could be wrong, but looks like a system defect and you should raise a Support case.

Cheers

@User523129 I'm on the product team for Flow Designer. This seems like an unintended defect. Please submit a case.

Also, I'm interested in learning more about your usage of content and feature access controls. If you're up to discussing more, send me a message at my ServiceNow email (in my bio).
