Flow designer unable to see flow execution

I am trying to create some flows and tried to test via flow designer but when I click on 'Your test has finished running. View the subflow execution details' . I am getting screen as attached but  I need to see the execution details. I have tried to change the properties 'Level of reporting data generated by the flow engine' to 'all configurations and run time values' but getting same screen when checking execution details. Currently I have tried in washington instance.

Follow what @Zach Koch mentioned. If that's not the issue: update the Store application for "Workflow Studio".

Navigate to Plugins > Search for "Workflow Studio" > Update.

@Mark Roethof  Thank you for your response. Currently I am trying in my personal dev instance. I have tried to login store app but it is saying as below

 

Sorry, you can't login with this ServiceNow ID Please make sure that your ServiceNow ID uses the same email address you currently use to login to Now Support. To login to Store, you can do any of the following: Log in with a different ID

Navigate to Plugins and Search for Workflow Studio:
