Flow designer unable to see flow execution

I am trying to create some flows and tried to test via flow designer but when I click on 'Your test has finished running. View the subflow execution details' . I am getting screen as attached but  I need to see the execution details. I have tried to change the properties 'Level of reporting data generated by the flow engine' to 'all configurations and run time values' but getting same screen when checking execution details. Currently I have tried in washington instance.

Follow what @Zach Koch mentioned. If that's not the issue: update the Store application for "Workflow Studio".

Thanks very much @Mark Roethof. This fixed the problem for me.

I'm new to ServiceNow and I'm currently doing the "New to ServiceNow" training, which I started last week. My developer instance did not include this update, which made the "Using Flow Designer" module quite confusing. Can this update be added to new instances?
