Flow designer utility payload builder Question

Hello 

I am using a action in flow designer to create a payload. i used the utility "payload builder" and ServiceNow instance i am using is washington. 

output format is showing as json(deprecated) . can i  use this utility still or any alternate please advise.

You can still use it. Deprecated just means that it still works, but if it breaks, ServiceNow isn't going to fix it for you. You should have the JSON builder step as well that creates a JSON payload to use in another step:
