I'm setting up a new starter order guide sequence in process automation designer. We can't use playbook experience as it isn't used anywhere else right now so would be a training issue at the moment.
Instead I have a create task which creates a new catalog task that prompts the service desk analyst to change the requested for on the parent request from the order guide. It's working but in a clunky way.
I want to add a couple of reference field to the request record and to it's requested for field. It would also be great to include a variable from the account creation RITM but maybe that's a step too far for now.
If I use the picker I cannot select fields for the request or for it's requested for field under trigger conditions. What do I need to do to get these onto the task form?
