How to add Flow or Workflow for Change Request table?

Hi everyone!

You know how for Catalog Items, we have this option in the Process Engine where we can select if we're going to use a Flow or Workflow? How can I do this for Change Request? I want to know if the Change Request table also have the Process Engine? If yes, can you please help me where I can find it?

Here is the attached image:

you can select the trigger condition in one of the following :

1: created

2: created or updated

3: upadated

and select the change table
