How to modify the position of service catalogs in the portal card view ?

This is how service requests are arranged by default in the instance below

As you can see above in the card view of the widget the first row occupies 3 service catalogs and subsequent catalogs are captured below in the next row.

 

The Requirement here is as pasted below -

The first row of the widget should contain that one specific service catalog only and the rest service catalogs should be occupied in the subsequent rows.

 

How to achieve this functionality? I tried modifying containers in the widget but nothing works as expected. Please provide your insights or you solutions if you have worked upon this thanks.

@Arafath Workflow Automation (and the products that you tagged) don't impact the position of catalog items in a portal.
