IntegrationHub Starter plugin not available in Developer Instance – Unable to use Integration steps

Hello everyone,

I am currently learning ServiceNow integrations and trying to build a Jira–ServiceNow integration in my Personal Developer Instance.

I created a Scripted REST API in ServiceNow to receive data from Jira, and that part works correctly. Now I want to create an outbound integration using Workflow Studio / Flow Designer.

However, when I try to add an Integration step, I see the following message:

"To enable Action Steps for integrations, the IntegrationHub plugin is required."

I checked the Application Manager and I can see IntegrationHub Core installed, but I cannot find or activate the IntegrationHub Starter plugin or any IntegrationHub spokes.

When I search for:

  • IntegrationHub Starter

  • com.glide.hub.integrations

nothing appears in the plugin store.

My questions are:

  1. Is IntegrationHub Starter available for Personal Developer Instances?

  2. If not, what is the recommended way to test integrations in Workflow Studio?

  3. Should I instead use REST Message for outbound integrations?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi @sairajyadav

Go to Developer Site -> Manage my instance -> Scroll down and Search Integration hub as below and click activate
