KPIs and reporting on Service Requests which are automated through integration hub

Dear Community,
We are doing a lot of flow automation for service catalog where we integrate with AD or MS Exchange to automatically fulfill the requests. When we build an automated flow, there are no tasks associated with the RITM (unless by design for manual process or if something fails). We need a way generate a KPI on the # of tasks we have eliminated by using automation. I have not been able to find any easy way to do this.
Maybe there are better KPIs besides MTTD which we are already doing?
