Moving data from one instance to another instance without using update sets

I have a requirement wherein a customer has done all the configurations like flows, integrations, br, etc.,. in their instance. So, I have to bring all the data to my instance without using update sets. I have tried with importing and exporting but only name is being extracted, no data in it.
Help me with this.

Hello @Sneha KH ,

are you trying exporting a list view ?

If yes then try the full record XML.

If my response helped mark as helpful and accept the solution.

Hello @yashkamde,
I want a record or if filtered, a list and then imported to another instance. only record is being inserted with name but not the data inside it.

Hi @Sneha KH

If you need to move configurations like integration, flows with data to fresh instance, then go for clone

Else (without update set ), following approach - you can go with

1. Xml export/import

2. Instance Data Replication (IDR) Sync

3.Remote Instance Spoke
