Does anyone know how to make a decision tree, that I have created, become published and made available to other users?
We have level 1 agents that need to utilize the decision trees in a similar fashion to Knowledge Articles. When building Decision Tree's, I need to find a way to make them accessible to the agents, but I cannot view the trees outside of "Decision Tree Builder".
Any advice would be much appreciated!
