Working in a client environment, trying to add a Fire Event action to a flow but it's not appearing, e.g.:

in my client's instance that Fire Event option is not on the list.  How do I get it?

@levy8926 I got to know below for you:

The Fire Event action is available starting in the Washington DC release of ServiceNow. If your client is using the Vancouver release, this feature will not appear in Flow Designer. You will need to upgrade to a later version, such as Washington DC, to access this feature.

Hi @Abhay Kumar1 @levy8926 ,

I am on the product team for Flow Designer. In Washington DC, we released the Fire Event action and Fire Event action step (for use when creating a custom action).

If you are on a Washington DC instance, and do not see this content, let me know when we can troubleshoot.

@levy8926 What I am aware is that Fire Event action is part of the Event Management module, which requires the Event Management plugin (com.snc.event_mgmt) to be active. Confirm that this plugin is enabled in the client’s instance.

Thanks Abhay. I could not find that plugin in their environment. I did notice that on other instances without Event Management the Fire Event does appear, however those instances are on Xanadu while the client's instance is on Vancouver. Possible it was added after?
