RITM is closed when there is a active task in Flow Designer

Not sure what am doing wrong in my flow. RITM is automatically closed complete when the first catalog task is closed. It is not waiting for second task to close. In the flow context, it shows that the flow is waiting for the second task to be closed.
How do I make sure RITM is not closed until second catalog task is closed. I do have "wait" checkbox checked in both the catalog tasks.

Hi @ServiceNow_Use3 ,
You have not provided any condition after the first Task is completed. You need to add a wait for condition to check whether the first tasks is completed or not on the basis of that you need to create the other task and again the same condition need to be followed.
