Sailpoint Integration with servicenow with sailpoint for service desk plugin

Hi Everyone, 

We are Integrating Servicenow with Sailpoint to facililitate Incident creation and track the Incidents to closure.
So basically, Sail point creates Incidents in Servicenow and when an  incident is updated/closed in servicenow, the status should reflect in Sailpoint. To fill the Caller field in Incident, sailpoint needs to fetch user records periodically from servicenow.
we installed Sailpoint for servicedesk plugin from store.
I searched online on whether any Rest or scripted rest api's will be created to facilitate user and Incident Integration with the plugin, but I cant find much information. 

Any Insights or documentation into this will be really helpful. Thanks in Advance !!
