Has anyone successfully set up a connection from ServiceNow to MS Teams to allow users to complete approvals directly from MS Teams? We are able to complete other types of approvals in Teams - I get a notification and can navigate to the "Approvals" widget in teams approve. It would be so nice for our users to NOT have to go into ServiceNow just to complete an approval. Then we hope to go after other use cases for a SNOW to Teams integration down the road.
