Description: I'm in need of a script include that can facilitate password resets for users who've forgotten their passwords. The script include should perform the following tasks:
- Accept a user identifier parameter (e.g., username or email).
- Generate a secure password reset token and send it to the user's registered email address.
- Update the user's password upon receiving a valid password reset token.
- Return a success message upon successful password reset, or an error message if the reset process fails.
