Unable to access Decision Table record in Workflow Studio

This issue is occurring in our development instance and does not appear to be present in other environments.

 

When attempting to access a decision table record, I am consistently presented with a blank screen. This behavior is not limited to a single record—it occurs across multiple decision table records within this instance.

 

I have already attempted basic troubleshooting steps, including clearing the instance cache using cache.do and logging out and back into my account, but the issue persists.

 

Would anyone have insight into what might be causing this behavior?

refer this KB: KB2344524 Decision Builder table is blank 

Do the needful in your Dev instance.

 

Cause

Decision Table Builder plugin version is not updated

 

Resolution

  1. Check the plugins installed, specifically the Decision Table Builder plugin.
    2. Update the Decision Table Builder plugin to the latest version if it is not already.
  2. If it is still the same issue, check other related plugins and make sure that everything is up to date
    • Workflow Studio
    • Decision Builder
    • Decision Table Builder
    • Flow Diagramming
    • Flow Designer
