Hi all,

I hope this email finds you all well.

i created a KB with a new workflow. this workflow adds an approval for a specific group no matter which CI is selected in the KA.

However, and for some reason i cannot understand, an additional approver (CI owner) which is not in my WF is added to the approval process. How could i troubleshoot this?
