Use of Dell Boomi API Management

We came to know thar ServiceNow has partnered with Boomi to deliver Boomi API Management, a cloud-based platform that enables customers to discover, manage, secure, and monetize their APIs. Boomi supports full lifecycle API management . From the Integration Hub and Automation Engine Addendum(Integration Hub and Automation Engine Addendum), it is noted that Integration Hub Professional V4 and V5 include Boomi Cloud API Management as part of their offerings. Does that mean Costing of Integration

PROD24511 will include the cost of Dell Boomi  ? Or Do i need to take separate quote from Dell Boomi?

For customers who already hold separate licenses for Dell Boomi and ServiceNow (outside of Integration Hub Professional V4 or V5), the question arises whether they can leverage Boomi API Management features on top of ServiceNow API. ?

Thank you for your inquiry. Below are the clarifications:

1. Boomi API Management Availability in ServiceNow Offerings:

   • The Boomi API Management feature is included only in Automation Engine Pro V5 and Automation Engine Enterprise V4. For customers using these SKUs, the cost of Boomi API Management is included in the SKU pricing. Boomi API Management is not included in Integration Hub Professional V4 SKU.

2. Using Separate Boomi API Management Licenses:

   • If the customer already holds separate licenses for Boomi API Management, they can technically use these licenses to manage ServiceNow APIs. However, the entitlement terms associated with those separate licenses may differ from those offered as part of Automation Engine Pro V5 and Automation Engine Enterprise V4.
   • Customers are advised to contact Boomi directly to confirm the entitlement terms and any potential limitations with their existing licenses.
