On-Call User has two shifts at once

Hey,
I have a team of 10 members and three different shifts.
e.g.
Morning: 7-15
Middle: 8-16
Evening: 9:17
I created the on-call shifts so that I have one member assigned to each shift, but sometimes User1 is assigned to Morning AND Middle. How can I set it up that User1 can not get assigned to two on-call shifts on one day?

I don't think there is any out of the box solution for this . Your best bet (without any customization) is to look at team calendar in workforce optimization before publishing and resolve any on-call shift overlaps. Also, submit an idea for the on-call product, so that it can be prioritized in the future,
