SOW - Not showing the active records in related records

Hi All,

When I open new interaction form I can able to see the view active records in related records, but before saving I am not able to view any records.

Hi @Ajisha Mol B,

When you open a new Interaction record in the SOW, you should not be able to see any Related records (i.e. Related Lists). It is only after you submit the record that you would see the Related Lists. For instance, if you click on the Associate record button, you could link the Interaction record to an Incident/Change/Request record, if you need to.
