Can I reserve a Space for someone else?

For example, I am a secretary and I would like to book a seat for someone else. So that his name is also on the reservation.
Is this possible?

Yes You can , which would require a specific role which is Workplace Reservation Management admin role.

Indeed, the reservation management module enables users to book on behalf of someone, however, this must be configured.

I know this is an old question, others have alluded to the answer, but don't appear to have actually given it!

To enable this in Xanadu do the following: 

1. Navigate to 'Workplace Reservation Management > Administration > Reservable Module'
2. Open the appropriate record you have created here
3. Click the 3rd tab 'Reservation Widget Configuration'
4. Check the 'Display on behalf of' checkbox

You will now find the option to reserve a space on behalf of someone else in the WSD Reservation widget
